Hello Hoda, I wanted to pass on some good words for you after our time working together on the 2011 All Saints Auction… I really enjoyed working with you!! :) G March 17, 2011 To whom it may concern: I had the opportunity to work with Hoda Khouri for the 2011 All Saints School Auction(held on March 5, 2011). We took the catering job out to bid in the fall (‘10) and Hoda was the first to respond with an aggressive price quote, a nice menu and the eagerness to put something together that was really special. We reviewed all the choices and decided to go with her. Since it was a cuisine (Cajun/Creole) that she was not intimately familiar with, Hoda offered to have the entire Auction staff come to her house for a tasting. The food was delicious, and Hoda was open to constructive criticism as to how to make the food present even better. We were able to change a couple of things on the menu to make it more complete, but she stuck by her original price quote. Hoda was prompt in returning calls or emails and was very responsible throughout the entire planning process. We met several times before the event with other Auction chairs to make sure we had everything down, in terms of prep space, serving space, buffet set-up, timing, etc. By the time the event came, we were completely dialed. On the afternoon of the event all of Hoda’s staff arrived early, had smiles on their faces and offered to help in all areas of set-up. They were wonderful people that she brought in plus the food was delicious. MANY attendees commented on the increase of quality in the food (from what has been status quo) and several people went back for seconds and thirds. There was more than enough food to serve everyone and the reception to Hoda’s Catering was overall extemely positive. I would absolutely hire Hoda (and her team) again. She went above and beyond to create a lovely meal to compliment a special evening. Please contact me with any questions. All the best, Gina Garnero-HillAll Saints Auction Catering

“Barely a year old, Hoda’s is firmly established as among the city’s finest Middle Eastern establishments. Ever since the Khouris’ bustling kitchen opened on March 1 last year, devotees have been streaming to the door, waiting for their elegant Lebanese cookery. It’s a golden-floored, gracious space, sparked with brass trays and tea sets, dumbek drums and images of the Middle East.” Rising Star April 2000

“There’s no place like Hoda’s. THEY WERE PERFECT. THE CROWD OF 135 WERE THRILLED TO HAVE “REAL FOOD,” NOT CATERED FOOD THAT USUALLY ENDS UP AT A WEDDING. A MEZZA FOR 135 IS NO EASY FEAT I’M SURE… BUT WE EXPERIENCED NOTHING BUT HAPPY SERVERS AND STAFF, AMAZING FOOD, AND A SEAMLESS PRESENTATION. 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY?...
