Removed just enough from the main restaurant to feel private and connected enough to remain festive, the banquet room’s long tables and family-style service are ideal for large groups and special occasions. Let Hoda and Hani’s fresh, hot pita bread, remarkable Lebanese dishes and warm service make your next special event unforgettable. Hoda’s banquet room seats 30.
Hoda’s Middle Eastern Cuisine is a prefered cater at BELLA ORGANIC FARM in Sauvie Island Farm. Hoda’s can cater your Farm Dinners or your next wedding at the Farm.

You can find Hoda’s dishing out fresh tabouli, humos, baba, sandwiches, baklava, and lemonade at these local Farmer’s Markets. Many items are packaged to grab and go!

Cooking class with Hoda’s
Hoda’s Middle Eastern Cuisine is offering an outdoor Cooking class at Bella Organic Farm in Sauvie Island.
August 11th, 2011 Cost $ 75.00 Class starts at 6:00pm
Hoda’s will be preparing on Site
Fattoush salad – Using Bella’s organic farm produce: Romaine lettuce, green pepper, italian parsley, mint, radishes, onions, lemon juice, olive oil.
Humos Dip – Learn how to make the traditional humos dish, using local garbanzo beans mixed with tahini sauce, lemon juice and garlic.
Stuffed grape Leaves – Learn how to stuff and roll vegetarian or meat grape Leaves using local vegetarian produce and ground lamb for the meat grape leaves.
Chicken Kabobs – Enjoy marinating cubes of chicken breast in many different seasonings and placing them on skewers and grill them for your guests.
Cucumber yogurt mint salad – A refreshing cucumber yogurt salad for the whole family to enjoy with many side dishes.
Baklava for Dessert – We will make trays of Baklava , layers of philo dough stuffed with walnuts, and topped with Orange blossom water.

Hoda’s will be preparing the following Menu:
Tabouleh salad – Our tradidional salad made with chopped Italian parsley with diced tomatoes, olive oil and lemon juice.
Baba ghanouje – Local roasted eggplant dip with garlic, lemon juice and tahini.
Roasted red pepper spread – Roasted red pepper, crushed walnuts, onions, bread crumbs . A great appetizer for your guests!
Leg of lamb with Jasmine rice – Marinate a leg of lamb and cook to tender served with Jasmine rice cooked with ground beef and topped with toasted nuts and raisins.
Cucumber yogurt salad – A refreshing cucumber yogurt salad for the whole family to enjoy with many side dishes.
Knafe for Dessert – Shredded philo dough stuffed with ricotta and mozarella cheese served warm with orange blossom syrup on top. Delicious!
